Russian judoka Inal Tasoev is the 2021 European Champion. He became Junior World Champion in Zagreb in 2017. He took gold at the Grand Slam in Paris in 2021.In Zagreb he took bronze at the Grand Prix in 2018. Tasoev won the Grand Prix Antalya in 2018. He was also European Junior champion in 2017 in Maribor. He became European Cadet Champion U18 in 2015 and won a silver medal at the World Cadet Championships. He took gold at the Grand Slam in Budapest in 2020. He took a gold at the 2020 Europeana in Lisbon in 2021 and silver in 2021. He took silver at the IJF Judo masters in Doha in 2021.
