Japanese judoka Sho Tateyama won the World Junior Championships U20 in 2011 in Cape Town. He won the Grand Prix of Jeju in 2014 among other international medals U66kg. He won the Kodokan Cup in 2015. He won bronze at the Grand Slam Tyumen in 2016. He took bronze at the World Junior Team Championships in Ljubljana in 2013 with Japan.
