Rogerio Cardoso Sampaio is one of the first male Olympic Champions for his country Brazil. In 1992 in Barcelona he won the Olympic title U65kg. He won bworld bronze in 1993 in Hamilton U71kg and two Pan American judo championships in 1986 and 19888.
