German judoka Vivian Herrmann won the European Open in Madrid in 2016. She became German judo champion in 2015 and 2016 and bronze in 2014 U63kg. She won World Junior bronze in 2014 in Miami and European Junior silver in 2012 in Porec. She took bronze at the World Junior Team Championships in Ljubljana in 2013. Vivian took gold at the European Cup in Winterthur and Celje in 2022. She secured a silver medal at the European Open in Sofia and bronze at the European Open in Warsaw in 2023. She bagged a bronze medal at the European Open in Gyor in 2024.
