Judoka Tara Babulfath of Sweden took a silver medal at the Cadet Worlds in Sarajevo in 2022 and silver at the Cadet European Championships in Riga in 2021. She won the Grand Slam in Baku in 2024. Tara’s father Mohammad was a successful Greco-Roman wrestler and he competed for Sweden at the 2004 Olympic Games. Her mother, Ida Hellstrom, who was also successful in the wrestling world. She finished with gold at the Junior European Cup in Prague in 2022 and Poznan in 2023. She triumphed at the Junior European Cup in Berlin in 2023. She took bronze at the Grand Slam in Tashkent in 2024.
