USA judoka Nicolas Yonezuka has been doing judo since he was 5 years old. Brother Jack were first taught by his grandfather Yoshisada Yonezuka who was a pioneer of Judo in the US, coached two Olympic teams, and produced many Olympians from Cranford JKC. When he passed, his father Nick Yonezuka Sr. who was a 1980 Olympian took over the dojo and coaches internationally. He has been competing internationally since he was 17. Competed in a Cadet, two Junior, and two Senior World Championships. Is studying Computer Science at Rutgers University with a GPA above 3.9 and should graduate in May 2024.
