Dragomir Becanovic was 1989 World Champion for Yugoslavia. The big man for Montenegro won European silver in 1987 U65kg. Later he became an influential businessman in Montenegro and organised the European Championships 2012 for Cadets. He became Montenegro Judo President in 2015.
