Polish judoka Arleta Podolak won the Junior World title in 2013 U57kg in Ljubljana. She took European U23 bronze in 2015. Podolak won the Grand Prix of Almaty (KAZ). In 2018 she took gold at the European Open in Warsaw. She won gold at the 2019 European Open in Prague. She claimed a bronze medal at the World Military Games in Wuhan in 2019. She took gold at the European Open in Zagreb in 2021. She became Polish champion in 2022, 2021, 2018 and 2017. She claimed a bronze medal at tbe Oceania Open in Perth in 2023. She took bronze at the Grand Slam in Tashkent in 2024.
