Alex Cret of Romania seized bronze at the 2024 European Championships in Zagreb. He came third at the 2023 European U23 Championships in Potsdam. He took gold at the Cadet European Cup in Cluj Napoca. In 2019 he won gold at the Cadet European Cup in Zagreb and Teplice. Alex Cret (ROU) was number 1 of the IJF World Ranking for cadets U81kg in 2019. He took silver at the Junior European Championships in Porec in 2020. Alex secured bronze at the Grand Prix of Portugal in 2022. He took a bronze medal at the Junior Worlds in Guayaquil in 2022. Took silver at the Grand Slam in Antalya in 2023.
