German judoka Dena Pohl took bronze at the Junior European Championships in 2017 in Maribor. She won the European Cup U21 in Kaunas and Leibnitz in 2018. She won the gold medal at the Junior European Cup in Kaunas in 2019. She clinched a gold medal at the European Cup in Celje in 2019. She captured the gold medal at the Junior European Cup in Berlin in 2019. She took bronze at the Junior European Championships in 2019 in Vaantaa. She won the senior European Cup in Dubrovnik in 2023. She is coached by Mario Schendel at UJKC Potsdam.
