Ilias Iliadis recovers from knee operation

One of Europe’s stars Ilias Iliadis has been successfully operated for his meniscus. The Grand prix of Duesseldorf was the latest event that Iliadis fought and won a gold medal.
The 2004 Olympic champion faced knee problems lately due to minor injuries and strenuous workout, Iliadis was operated in Thessaloniki and is now able to recover and to continue without any problems preparing for major international events . The next days will follow physiotherapy and specific rehabilitation exercises . The expectations are that Ilias is ready in approximately two months.The goal is the World Championships later in Chelyabinsk.
