Amano Akiko was judoka in Japan who became international IJF Referee. She is 15th generation of Kagiya Soke, a family of fireworks craftsmen. Akiko won a bronze medal at the Tournament Fukuoka Japan in 1986 in the category U48kg. She officiated the Olympic heavyweight final at the Tokyo Olympic Games between Krpalek and Tushishvili. She officiated many World Championships finals.
