Belarus judoka Mikita Sviryd won his first Belarus senior title in 2016. In 2018 he was heavyweight champion. He took a silver medal at the Grand Prix in The Hague in 2018. Mikita clinched a bronze medal at the Grand Prix in Tashkent in 2019. He won bronze at the European Championships in 2016 in Malaga U21. In 2016 European U23 silver in Tel-Aviv and silver in 2017 in Podgorica. In 2013 EYOF and Cadet World Championships 5th place. He won various medals at European Open.
