Japanese Nagasawa Kenta won an all-Japanese final in Tokyo to win his second Grand Slam of the season. Ekaterinburg Grand Slam winner Nagasawa conquered Zagreb Grand Prix bronze medallist Kobayashi Yusuke (JPN) in the final with an uchi-mata after 30 seconds which had the crowd salivating. Read more

Krisztian Toth of Hungary has a love relation with Zagreb. At the Grand Prix he won his third gold medal. Mongolian judo hero Naidan Tuvshinbayar is still ambitious enough to reach new goals. For the first time in his career the 31-year Olympic champion of Beijing claimed the Asian title. At the Asian Championships in Tashkent in Uzbekistan, Naidan defeated home favourite Soyib Kurbonov in the final U100kg. Naidan won all his four matches including the semi final against strong Iranian medal hope Javad Mahjoub who finished fifth in the end. Read more
