Nami Nabekura took the gold medal at the Grand Prix in Zagreb in 2017 and 2018. She became World Junior champion in 2015. In 2014 she fought the World Championships final. She won the World Junior Team Championships in 2014 and 2015 with Japan as only female junior. She won the Grand Prix in Budapest in 2016 and the Grand Prix in Qingdao in 2016. She took bronze at the GP Düsseldorf and silver at the GS Tokyo in 2017 and in Osaka in 2018 and silver at the Masters in St. Petersburg in 2017.
