Naohisa Takato is the Olympic Champion of 2020 in Tokyo. He is quadruple World Champion. He won gold in 2022 in Tashkent, 2018 in Baku, 2017 in Budapest and in 2013 he won the title in Rio de Janeiro for the first time. Takato won the World Junior title in 2011 in Cape Town and in 2009 he became the first male World Cadet Champion ever. He was Olympic bronze medallist in 2016 in Rio. In 2017 he added his third Paris victory. Takato won various Grand Slams in Moscow, Tokyo (5), Paris (4), Düsseldorf and Masters.
