Jean-Luc Rouge became World Champion in 1975 U93kg. He won silver and bronze in 1979. He claimed 4 European titles from 1973-1980. Rouge won the Tournoi de Paris 3 times and European gold with the French team. Rouge turned President of FFJDA, Vice president of EJU and General Secretary of IJF.
