Marius Vizer was born in Romania, flew to Austria and lives in Hungary. IJF President since 2007 in Rio and before he was EJU President. Marius Vizer was President of umbrella organisation SportAccord. Under Vizer, the IJF has also introduced a series of rule changes to make the sport more appealing to a wider audience. Vizer has increased the number of activities of the IJF and increased the aspect of judo education around the world.
