Belarussian Marina Zharskaya took silver at the Sambo World Champion in Bucharest in 2018. She captured a bronze medal at the 2015 Sambo World Championships in Casablanca. She claimed a bronze medal at the 2013 World Sambo Championships in St. Petersburg. and bronze in 2012 in Minsk. She won the Sambo world title in 2016 in Sofia. She claimed bronze at the European Sambo Championships in Gijon in 2019. She took silver at the 2019 Sambo European Games in Minsk.
