Kayra Ozdemir, previously known as Ketty Mathe before marrying in Türkiye in 2015 and adopting the name Kayra Sayit, boasts an impressive judo career. As the European Champion in 2021 and 2016, she's proven her prowess. With bronze at the World Championships in Tokyo (2019) and Baku (2018), and a silver at the Grand Slam in Paris (2024). Kayra has amassed 26 World Cup medals, clinched gold at the Grand Slam in Budapest (2020), and secured victories at the Grand Slam in Antalya (2023) and the Grand Prix in Zagreb (2023). She took fifth-place at both the Tokyo 2020 and Rio 2016 Olympics.
