Israelian judo legend Yael Arad was the 1992 Olympic finallist. She won the Tournoi de Paris in 1992. She was European champion in 1993 and second of the world in that same year. After her career she worked for the Israelian TV and is still a sports personality.

This week the Grand Prix in Tel Aviv takes place for the first time in Israel, but how has judo developed as one of the best sports in this small country?
