Éva Csernoviczki is European Senior Champion in 2013 and 2014. Won 10 consecutive European medals and was U23 European Champion in 2006 and 2008. The Hungarian won world bronze in 2011. Coached by her father Csaba, from Tatabánya. European U23 Champion in 2003. Seventh at the 2015 World Championships. She finished 7th at the Rio Olympic Games. She took a bronze medal at the Grand Prix in Cancun and Tashkent in 2017. She took silver at the Grand Slam in Düsseldorf in 2018.

Daria Bilodid closer to world leading position after gold in Düsseldorf

Ukraine wonderkid Daria Bilodid got closer to the World leading position U48kg as she was again able to pick up a gold medal at a Grand Slam. In Düsseldorf she kept up her winning record as she has now won all three IJF events in 2018. How long will it take before she steps up to U52kg nobody knows, but with more than two years to go, a decision is expected this year. Read more

At the Grand Slam of Düsseldorf Nekoda Smythe-Davis won the gold medal at the Grand Slam in Düsseldorf after her final U57kg. In a new venue Nekoda Davis again succeeded to take a medal, but this time it was gold and that was a premier performance at this Grand Slam level. Never she won gold in the IJF World Tour.
