Katharina Marzok is international referee from a Judo family with her sister Iljana as most successful athlete. Her judo club was SC Berlin. In 2021 she was chosen as most progressive judo referee by the European Judo Union. She developed from cadet to junior and senior international IJF referee and officiated various Continental Championships and World Cup events. Her sister Iljana Marzok was the most successful of the sisters. Mother Irina was multiple East German champion.
