Dutch judoka Margit De Voogd captured a bronze medal at the 2018 Junior World Championships in the Bahamas. She won Junior European silver in 2018 in Sofia. De Voogd won the European Cup in Gdynia and Leibnitz both in 2018. With the Dutch team she won medals at junior Europeans. She won the European Cup in Dubrovnik in 2019. She took silver at the Dutch nationals in 2019 and bronze in 2021. She took bronze at the European U23 Championship in 2019. She clinched the gold medal at the European Cup in Malaga in 2022. She won the European Open in Madrid in 2023.
