Mongolian judoka Baskhuu Yondonperenlei bagged a world bronze medallist in 2023 in Doha and 2021 in Budapest. Yondonperenlei took gold at the Grand Slam in Ulaanbaatar in 2023. He claimed a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Osaka in 2018 and Tokyo in 2022 and silver in 2023. He won bronze at the Grand Slam in Düsseldorf in 2019. Yondonperenlei clinched bronze at the gold Grand Prix in Hohhot in 2019. In 2022 he won the Grand Slam in Paris. He took the Asian title in 2022 and bronze in 2019. He secured a silver medal at Grand Slam Tbilisi in 2023.
