Judoka Ilse Heylen from Belgium is the 2004 Olympic bronze medallist in Athens. At three Olympics she reached the top 8. In 2005 she was European Champion. Heylen won 45 World Cup medals, 17 victories and more than 50 international medals, more than any Belgian judoka. She won the gold medals at the Grand Prix in Tashkent and Almaty in 2013. She retired in 2016 after a career of 20 years international judo.
