Giulia Quintavalle is the 2008 Olympic Champion of Beijing U57kg. She defeated Deborah Gravenstijn. In 2004 and 2005 she was Italian champion. In 2007 fifth at the World Championships in Rio de Janeiro. In 2012 she qualified for the London Olympic Games. She gave birth to a child and came back and won international tournaments and European Games bronze with Italy. European Open Team Champion in 2010. At the age 5 she started practicing judo with her twin Michel, in the footsteps of our older brother Manuel. She ows a lot to Giorgio Vismara and his wife Jenny Gal.
