Azeri judoka Vugar Talibov, Youth Olympic Champion in 2018, claimed the European Junior title in 2022. His accolades include gold at the Cadet European Cup in 2018 and a silver at the EYOF in 2019. Talibov also secured bronze at the Cadet World Championships in 2019 and triumphed at the Junior European Cup in 2023. He recently earned silver at the junior worlds in 2023 and bronze at the Grand Slam Baku in 2024. He secured a silver medal at the Grand Slam in Antalya in 2024.
