Dutch judoka Milou Hendriks claimed the gold at the Dutch Open Espoir U18 in Eindhoven in 2020. She bagged a silver medal at the Cadet U18 Championships in The Hague in 2021. She captured a bronze medal at the Residential Tournament U18 in The Hague in 2021. She bagged a bronze medal at the Dutch Juniors in 2022 held in Dordrecht. She booked various victories in Lommel, Thionville, Frankfurt, Venray and Eindhoven. She took a silver medal at the Rotterdam Open 2023 and silver at Dutch Open Espoir U21 in Eindhoven. She finished with bronze at the Junior European Cup in Sarajevo in 2023.
