She took a bronze medal at the European Cup in Saarbrücken in 2017. She captured bronze at the Grand Prix in Tashkent in 2017. With Yewara Newa she won the Golden League in 2017 in Ankara. She won the world title of the Sambo World Championships in Sochi in 2017. Anzhela Gasparian (RUS) was number 1 of the IJF World Ranking for juniors O78kg in 2014.
