Sophie Cox won four European medals from 2003-2011 and seven national titles. Sophie Cox was the first ever girl to play rugby at Wembley in 1993 when the English Schools Rugby League lifted its ban on females. She was 11 years old. She is Head coach of Shuhari Judo Club and Kendal Judo Performance Centre.
